In Poky(YP1.9), the version of gcc was set to 5.2 as the default.

Renesas BSP kernel(3.4.81-ltsi) is not supporting gcc 5.x.
Therefore, the following errors occur.
fatal error: linux/compiler-gcc5.h: No such file or directory
This patch sets the version of gcc to 4.9.

By framework has been updated, the recipe was no longer working.
This will correct this problem.
The linux kernel recipe of rmobile is not based linux-yocto.
Now, this is based on renesas SoC's repository at github.com.
Therefore, this changes file name of kernel recipe to liunx-renesas.

There are core-image-* recipe of rmobile and rcar-gen2 that are provided in common part.
However, these are not common already.
This moves core-image-* recipes from common to rmobile.

Currently, there are meta-armadillo800eva as layer that supports the ARM SoCs
of Renesas Electronics, called the R-Mobile.
This as well as meta-rcar-gen2 is summarized as meta-rmobile.
