Subject: [PATCH 2558/2940] drm/amd/display: making DCN20 WM table
 non-overlapping

[why]
Existing behavior has overlapping ranges resulting in path
dependent SMU selection

[how]
Make ranges non-overlapping, resulting in non-path dependent
selection
