This is required because the old librealsense recipe no longer builds
from source (upstream git repo was reorganized).

> change --autologin regexp to accommodate changes in systemd 234
> add rpath-link to iotivity LINKFLAGS
> install libva-utils (a newly added recipe) to get 'vainfo' needed by testing
> blacklist snd-soc-skl module that fails on linux-intel 4.9.40
> drop linux-firmware-iwlwifi dependency from iwlwifi kernel module as the
license checker won't work with that

meta-clang cannot be updated at the moment because it breaks compiling
beignet-native.
Updating glibc to 2.5.90 breaks
compiler-rt (https://github.com/google/sanitizers/issues/822) and
libcxx (https://github.com/kraj/meta-clang/issues/36). Until this is
fixed in meta-clang *and* we can update it, local .bbappends are
needed.
roscpp also needs a glibc-related fix.

Add layer meta-intel-realsense. The layer includes librealsense, which
is used for accesssing RealSense cameras.
