2023-01-20numactl: skip test case when target platform doesn't have 2 CPU nodeXiangyu Chen
when current test platform doesn't have 2 or more CPU node, the test case would report FAIL, according to numa test script and numademo code, when return code=77 should be skip test, so using SKIP instead of FAIL in test script. 2020-10-30numactl: Skip the ptests when numa is not supportedRandy Witt
When numa is not supported, there is no reason to run the ptests since they will fail. While the best scenario would be for the upstream tests to skip themselves when numa is not supported, for now skip them in run-ptest.
