2019-01-18mesa: Allow building the r600 driverAlistair Francis
The r600 DRI driver does not require LLVM, so remove it from the LLVM dependency PACKAGE_CONFIG. Also remove the x86 requirement on the drivers as they are work on non-x86 systems. This was tested on a RISC-V board. Fix handling of escape characters in regexs and hence fix python Deprecation warnings which will be problematic in python 3.8.
