2018-08-15	sdk-manual, mega-manual: Updated standard SDK install directory figure	Scott Rifenbark
	The figure was incorrect for the installed file and folder hierarchy for a standard SDK. I updated it. This figure goes in both the sdk-manual and the mega-manual.
