| Move all SITEINFO_EXTRA_DATAFUNCS and PACKAGEQA_EXTRA_MACHDEFFUNCS from various tune files (tune-arc.inc, tune-iamcu.inc, tune-nios2.inc) into a a new siteinfo-zephyr.bbclass file.
