This updates the Ceph version to 16.2.1 which required a couple
changes to base code via a rebased patch which also disabled the
sanity check due to it not working correctly, but the actual
compile worked. Also added a new patch to add soversion information
for the new libcephsqlite library so it would be packaged correctly
Added fixex for new python script to adjust #! from the native path
and moved the ceph-python package in order for it to get the correct
set of files before the ceph package.

We need libseccomp for more and more recipes. While we wait for
libseccomp to appear in oe-core, we add meta-scurity as a depdendency.

python2 is no longer supported, and we are breaking yocto layer
compatibilty by keeping this recipe around (since there is no
provider of 'python').
This hasn't been updated in over a year, so it is time to retire
it.
If it is required, we can bring it back in some other manner.

crun has a hard dependency on systemd, we need to add it to the
recipe to avoid failing package QA checks.

meta-python has the exact same version of this recipe, with only
minor differences.
Our copy is no longer needed, and in fact, is taking precedence
over a base build, changing signatures and breaking yocto compatibility.

To ensure yocto compatibility, we should not be changing the behaviour
of recipes simply when meta-virt is included.
As such, we change our sysvinit-inittab changes to only trigger when
virtualization is in the distro features.

leaving 4.14 availability in the hardknott branch.
Further on in the development cycle, we'll add 4.16 and move

The recipes are introduced as the non-default version by adding an
expressed PREFERRED_VERSION for 4.14 in:
conf/distro/include/meta-virt-default-versions.inc
to keep the Xen 4.14 recipes as default for the Hardknott release.

Bumping to 2.0.27. Also, move to a _git suffix on the recipe.
We already had one bump that made the extension and PV be out
of sync. Since we track this by git increments, not release
or release tarballs, the _git is appropriate.

We refresh patches and add new build dependencies, but otherwise
the overall structure is the same.

moby has moved on to the 20.10+ series, while docker-ce has
stayed behind a bit.
Master of docker-ce now has imports from moby and is getting
ready for release.
To keep our variants from diverging, we switch to master (for
now) and will track the new development.
We adapt some patches from the moby build to work for docker-ce,
in particular, we cannot use docker to build docker, so we
port the cli building from moby.

Upgrade to release 4.0.2:
- Fixed an issue preventing code being fetched from files in the
project root but not in the PWD
- Fix issue where types were not packaged with the library
- Added __all__ lists throughout to indicate the boundaries of the
public interface. This may affect your integration if using
import *.
- Removed Configuration.use_ssl and Configuration.get_endpoint()
in favor of including the protocol in Configuration.endpoint
- Configuration.send_environment is now False by default. Enable
it as a part of your configuration to send the full request
context (if any) as a part of each event.
- Removed bugsnag.utils.ThreadLocals as it has been superseded by
the contextvars API
- Removed bugsnag.utils.merge_dicts, an unused helper function
- Removed bugsnag.send_sessions
- Deprecated bugsnag.notification.Notification in favor of
bugsnag.event.Event to better align with Bugsnag libraries on
other platforms. The Notification class is functionally
equivalent and will be removed in a future release.
- Added a request property to Event.

- [WSGI] Use X-Forwarded-For header if present to determine the IP
address used as the default user ID. The remote address remains
available in the request metadata attached to the event.
