2014-12-09bluez5: uprev to 5.22 including Service APIHolger Behrens
uprev bluez5 from version 5.15 to version 5.22. Apply service API patches to be aligned with GENIVI compliance. Before those patches were already merged in the git repository that was previously used; now the individual patches are used.
