Ideally a SOC layer should not have general purpose recipes like dpdk
and may be get the recipes from
http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit/cgit.cgi/meta-dpdk working on imx SOCs
instead
This patch just limits the spill over to non nxp bsp layers
