2014-04-15	python-ipaddr: setup.py for this pkg uses distutils	Mark Asselstine
	Examining the setup.py we find "from distutils.core import setup" we therefor need to inherit distutils, not setuptools. Having the wrong inherit was under certain circumstances causing the do_install to fail with: \| error: option --single-version-externally-managed not recognized \| ERROR: python setup.py install execution failed.
