Syncronize 3.10 defconfigs (used for Github private and public
builds) to match the latest changes from Github repos.
3.14 defconfigs are already syncronized.

For Yocto powerpc build with 3.14 standard kernel when the SMP is
disabled, need to have different debug fragment then the one
with SMP enabled to make the final config to match with the
Github defcofnig.

When SMP variable is set to 'no', smp fragment is not added, but
for 3.10, ARM arch need to add no-smp fragment.
For 3.10 powerpc or 3.14 (both arch) no-smp fragment is not needed.

If bluez5 is just added in IMAGE_INSTALL, both versions of bluez
package will be compiled and this will cause some warnings and errors
because both pachages are trying to install same files in same locations:
WARNING: The recipe bluez4/bluez5 is trying to install files into a
shared area when those files already exist.
ERROR: Recipe bluez4 is trying to change PR from 'r5' to 'r0'. This
will cause do_package_write_* failures since the incorrect data will
be used and they will be unable to find the right workdir.

Set standard/axxia-dev/base branch for builds that use kernel
from Github repo.
* standard/axxia-dev/base is development area
for axxia team having latest changes before pushing to Yocto
and is used in private builds.
* standard/axxia/base should match exactly what's in Yocto; only
happens after pushed to customer; used in public builds
So, axxia team will use private builds to have development branch
and customers will build from public branch to have latest commits
before are pushed to Yocto and will use yocto builds to have the
clean kernel repo.
Also, set AUTOREV for public builds also because patches are merged
private to public only after are tested. So it's easier to maintain.
Also set AUTOREV for 3.10 META branch to avoid validation test failure
on do_validate_branches task
If SRCREV_meta is not set, it will have the value from upstream
which is not found in our kernel tree from github.
fatal: git cat-file <SHA declared upstream - in poky>: bad file
ERROR: <SHA declared upstream - in poky> is not a valid commit ID

3.14 Github Kernel didn't have public version. Even if kernel version
is set to 3.10, bitbake will check also the 3.14 recipe and will test
if "require ${LSI_SRC}-rt_3.14.inc" can be be satisfied.
If lsi-public is set for 3.10 kernel, we'll get this error:
ERROR: Could not include required file lsi-public_3.14.inc
Reset LSI_SRC to "linux-yocto" in 3.14 recipe in case if LSI_SRC
is set to "lsi-public".

Set source revision to AUTOREV for meta branch too.
Otherwise SRCREV_meta will be set to a SHA value declared upstream which
is not found in our meta branch from our kernel tree from github and on
do_validate_branches task the build will not pass some validation tests
declared in poky/meta/classes/kernel-yocto.bbclass line 308 (dizzy).

This patch adds configuration fragments for linux 3.14 standard and
preempt-rt kernels.
When compiling the kernel from the linux-yocto repository, the
fragments are used to build the defconfig depending on options such as
capabilities.
The fragments present in this meta-lsi yocto layer include only
hardware and software options that are not platform-dependent. The
fragments with Axxia platform-specific options are taken from the meta
branch of the linux-yocto-3.14 repository.

This patch updates configuration fragments for linux-yocto-3.10 so
that the resulting defconfigs match the ones in the private
repositories.
With this patch, the fragments corresponding to the same configuration
options such as "DBG" or "BIG_ENDIAN" differ depending on the
architecture (arm/powerpc) and kernel type (standard/preempt-rt).

This patch updates the defconfigs and SHAs used by the builds.
Since kernel code for lsi-public tends to lag behind lsi-tip, the 2
builds use different defconfigs from now on.
To make formulas as below easier the patch unifies the files
containing configration options (fragments and defconfigs) under a
common hierarchy.
