This rather large patch upgrades the AMD Steppe Eagle and
Bald Eagle platforms to the v3.12.34 stable tag.
Additionally it renames the kernel recipe to linux-amd since
it is _not_ a linux-yocto style recipe.

This works better for populating the downloads dir so that

This uses a combination of the asym, dmix and dsnoop plugins to
allow concurrent access to the alsa device using the Default
device. Primarily this is a convenience as it is a lowest
common denominator but it makes things mostly "just work"
out of the box.

The upstream bb file has an errant "DEPENDS=gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad"
which in addition to forcing lots of unneeded packages to be built
overrides the dependency on gstreamer1.0 and gstreamer1.0-plugins-base
which is set in the inc file.

If the COMMERCIAL_ or AMD_ plugins variables do not add
any plugins-bad components then explicitly remove the
dependency that is set by the upstream bb file.

Use the libdir variable rather to locate libomxil-bellagio.so.0
The upstream recipe has it hardcoded to /usr/lib but in our builds
it is in /usr/lib64.

The libraries installed by for omx-bellagio support are not
expected to be versioned and symlinked. Notably,
the "omxregister-bellagio" app scans for them explicitly using
the ".so" extension. Ensure that only the unversioned versions
are installed in the main package.

Building mplayer requires python3. Make sure it's in the DEPENDS
and in the PATH.

The mplayer "make install" phase leaves an empty
/usr/lib directory seemingly regardless of the setting
of libdir. Remove it to avoid a packaging warning.

This commit patches the init-install.sh and init-install-efi.sh
scripts to allow them to work properly in EFI mode as well as
adding disk labels and a second prompt that informs the user
that the disk will be completely overwritten.
