[ Upstream commit 27cbf64a766e86f068ce6214f04c00ceb4db1af4 ]
Currently, the hns3_remove function firstly uninstall client instance,
and then uninstall acceletion engine device. The netdevice is freed in
client instance uninstall process, but acceletion engine device uninstall
process still use it to trace runtime information. This causes a use after
free problem.
So fixes it by check the instance register state to avoid use after free.

Currently, PF responds to VF depending on what mailbox it is
handling, it is a bit inflexible. The correct way is, PF should
check the mbx_need_resp field to decide whether gives response
to VF.

For making the code more readable, this adds several new
structure to replace the msg field in structure
hclge_mbx_vf_to_pf_cmd and hclge_mbx_pf_to_vf_cmd.
Also uses macro to instead of some magic number.

Currently, when mailbox handling fails, the PF driver
just responds 1 to the VF driver. It is not sufficient
for the VF driver to find out why its mailbox fails.
So the error should be responded to VF, but the error
is type int and the response field in struct
hclge_mbx_pf_to_vf_cmd is type u16, a conversion is
needed.

Using '%d' for printing type unsigned int or '%u' for
type int would cause static tools to give false warnings,
so this patch cleanups this warning by using the suitable
format specifier of the type of variable.
BTW, modifies the type of some variables and macro to
synchronize with their usage.

This patch adds supports for setting VF trust by host. If specified
VF is trusted, then it can enable promisc(include allmulti mode).
If a trusted VF enabled promisc, and being untrusted, host will
disable promisc mode for this VF.
For VF will update its promisc mode from set_rx_mode now, so it's
unnecessary to set broadcst promisc mode when initialization or
reset.

This patch uses a reserved byte in the hclge_mbx_vf_to_pf_cmd
to save the need_resp flag, so when PF received the mailbox,
it can use it to decise whether send a response to VF.
For hclge_set_vf_uc_mac_addr(), it should use mbx_need_resp flag
to decide whether send response to VF.

In original codes, ndo_set_vf_vlan() in hns3 driver was implemented
wrong. It adds or removes VLAN into VLAN filter for VF, but VF is
unaware of it.
This patch fixes it. When VF loads up, it firstly queries the port
based VLAN state from PF. When user change port based VLAN state
from PF, PF firstly checks whether the VF is alive. If the VF is
alive, then PF notifies the VF the modification; otherwise PF
configure the port based VLAN state directly.

According to hardware's description, after the reset occurs, the driver
needs to re-initialize the command queue before sending and receiving
any commands. Therefore, the VF's driver needs to identify the command
queue needs to re-initialize with HCLGEVF_STATE_CMD_DISABLE, and does
not allow sending or receiving commands before the re-initialization.

When PF performs a function reset, the hardware will reset both PF
and all the VF belong to this PF. Hence, both PF's driver and VF's
driver need to perform corresponding reset operations.
Before PF driver asserting function reset to hardware, it firstly
set up VF's hardware reset status, and inform the VF driver with
HNAE3_VF_PF_FUNC_RESET, then VF driver sets this reset type to
reset_pending and shechule reset task to stop IO and waits for the
hardware reset status to clear. When PF driver has reinitialized the
hardware and is ready to process mailbox from VF, PF driver clears
VF's hardware reset status for VF to continue its reset process.
Also, this patch uses readl_poll_timeout to simplify the hardware reset
status waitting.

Currently when VF need to reset itself, it will send a cmd to PF,
after receiving the VF reset requset, PF sends a cmd to inform
VF to enter the reset process and send a cmd to firmware to do the
actual reset for the VF, it is possible that firmware has resetted
the VF, but VF has not entered the reset process, which may cause
IO not stopped problem when firmware is resetting VF.
This patch fixes it by adjusting the VF reset process, when VF
need to reset itself, it will enter the reset process first, and
it will tell the PF to send cmd to firmware to reset itself.
Add member reset_pending to struct hclgevf_dev, which indicates that
there is reset event need to be processed by the VF's reset task, and
the VF's reset task chooses the highest-level one and clears other
low-level one when it processes reset_pending.
hclge_inform_reset_assert_to_vf function is unused now, but it will
be used to support the PF reset with VF working, so declare it in
the header file.

The payload of mailbox message is 16 byte and the value of
HCLGE_MBX_MAX_ARQ_MSG_SIZE is 8. A message truncated problem will
happen when mailbox message is converted to ARQ message. This patch
replaces HCLGE_MBX_MAX_ARQ_MSG_SIZE with the size of ARQ message in
hclgevf_mbx_handler to fix this problem.

Before the firmware updates the crq's tail pointer, if the VF driver
reads the data in the crq, the data may be incomplete at this time,
which will lead to the driver read an unknown message.
This patch fixes it by checking if crq is empty before reading the
message.

Reset Asserting message is forwarded by PF to inform VF about
the hardware reset which is about to happen. This might be due
to the earlier VF reset request received by the PF or because PF
for any reason decides to undergo reset. This message results in
VF to go in pending state in which it polls the hardware to
complete the reset and then further resets/tears its own stack.

Current mailbox CRQ could consists of both synchronous and async
responses from the PF. Synchronous responses are time critical
and should be handed over to the waiting tasks/context as quickly
as possible otherwise timeout occurs.
Above problem gets accentuated if CRQ consists of even single
async message. Hence, it is important to have quick handling of
synchronous messages and maybe deferred handling of async messages
This patch introduces separate ARQ(async receive queues) for the
async messages. These messages are processed later with repsect
to mailbox task while synchronous messages still gets processed
in context to mailbox interrupt.
ARQ is important as VF reset introduces some new async messages
like MBX_ASSERTING_RESET which adds up to the presssure on the
responses for synchronousmessages and they timeout even more
quickly.
