Support cpu ilde feature, there are still other related patches
need to be applied, but as a basic BSP, it doesn't recommend to
merge lots of patches to standard/base branch.
In addtional, only get one patch of cpu ilde feature cause system
unstable, so revert it.

150MHz is a fundamental limitation of RK3328 Soc, w/o this limitation,
eMMC, for instance, will run into 200MHz clock rate in HS200 mode, which
makes the RK3328 boards not always boot properly. By adding it in
rk3328.dtsi would also obviate the worry of missing it when adding new
boards.

Currently there are two nodes named "regulator1" in the Draak DTS: a
3.3V regulator for the eMMC and the LVDS decoder, and a 12V regulator
for the backlight. This causes the former to be overwritten by the
latter.
Fix this by renaming all regulators with numerical suffixes to use named
suffixes, which are less likely to conflict.

The G12A USB2 OTG capable PHY uses a 8bit large UTMI bus, and the OTG
controller gets the PHY but width by probing the associated phy.
By default it will use 16bit wide settings if a phy is not specified,
in our case we specified the phy, but not the phy-names.
The dwc2 bindings specifies that if phys is present, phy-names shall be
"usb2-phy".
Adding phy-names = "usb2-phy" solves the OTG PHY bus configuration.

Before this patch, the Type-C port on the Sapphire board is dead.
If setting the 'regulator-always-on' property to 'vcc5v0_typec0'
then the port works for about 4 seconds at start-up. This is a

isp iommu requires wrapper variants of the clocks.
noc variants are always on and using the wrapper variants will activate
{A,H}CLK_ISP{0,1} due to the hierarchy.
Tested using the pending isp patch set (which is not upstream
yet). Without this patch, streaming from the isp stalls.
Also add the respective power domain and remove the "disabled" status.

Running a graphics adapter on the MACCHIATObin fails due to an
insufficiently sized memory window.
Enlarge the memory window for the PCIe slot to 512 MiB.
With the patch I am able to use a GT710 graphics adapter with 1 GB onboard
memory.
These are the mapped memory areas that the graphics adapter is actually
using:
Region 0: Memory at cc000000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=16M]
Region 1: Memory at c0000000 (64-bit, prefetchable) [size=128M]
Region 3: Memory at c8000000 (64-bit, prefetchable) [size=32M]
Region 5: I/O ports at 1000 [size=128]
Expansion ROM at ca000000 [disabled] [size=512K]

The current l3 min voltage level is not supported by
the regulator (the voltage is not a multiple of the regulator step size),
so a driver requesting this exact voltage would fail, see discussion in:
https://patchwork.kernel.org/comment/22461199/
It was agreed upon to set a min voltage level that is a multiple of the
regulator step size.
There was actually a patch sent that did this:

However, the commit 331ab98f8c4a ("arm64: dts: qcom: qcs404:
Fix voltages l3") that was applied is not identical to that patch.

The Tegra AGIC interrupt controller is an ARM GIC400 interrupt
controller. Per the ARM GIC device-tree binding, the first address
region is for the GIC distributor registers and the second address
region is for the GIC CPU interface registers. The address space for
the distributor registers is 4kB, but currently this is incorrectly
defined as 8kB for the Tegra AGIC and overlaps with the CPU interface
registers. Correct the address space for the distributor to be 4kB.

There are a few issues with the GPU regulator defined for Jetson Nano
which are:
1. The GPU regulator is a PWM based regulator and not a fixed voltage
regulator.
2. The output voltages for the GPU regulator are not correct.
3. The regulator enable ramp delay is too short for the regulator and
needs to be increased. 2ms should be sufficient.
4. This is the same regulator used on Jetson TX1 and so make the ramp
delay and settling time the same as Jetson TX1.

The GPU regulator enable ramp delay for Jetson TX1 is set to 1ms which
not sufficient because the enable ramp delay has been measured to be
greater than 1ms. Furthermore, the downstream kernels released by NVIDIA
for Jetson TX1 are using a enable ramp delay 2ms and a settling delay of
160us. Update the GPU regulator enable ramp delay for Jetson TX1 to be
2ms and add a settling delay of 160us.

PSCI spec define 1st parameter's bit 16 of function CPU_SUSPEND to
indicate CPU State Type: 0 for standby, 1 for power down. In this
case, we want to select standby for CPU idle feature. But current
setting wrongly select power down and cause CPU SUSPEND fail every
time. Need this fix.

This contains one patch to disable the recently added XUSB support on
Jetson TX2 which is reported to cause boot and CPU hotplug failures in
some cases and doesn't allow the core power rail to be switched off.
Furthermore there are some changes to enable IOMMU support on more
devices. This is needed in order to prevent these devices from breaking
with the policy change in the ARM SMMU driver to break insecure devices
that is currently headed for v5.2.

The recently introduced XUSB support for Jetson TX2 is causing boot, CPU
hotplug and suspend/resume failures according to several reports.
Temporarily work around this by disabling the XUSB controller and XUSB
pad controller nodes in device tree, while we figure out what's causing
this.

Commit 954a03be033c ("iommu/arm-smmu: Break insecure users by disabling
bypass by default") intentionally breaks all devices using the SMMU in
bypass mode. This breaks, among other things, PCI support on Tegra186.
Fix this by populating the iommus property and friends for the PCIe
controller.

Commit 954a03be033c ("iommu/arm-smmu: Break insecure users by disabling
bypass by default") intentionally breaks all devices using the SMMU in
bypass mode. This is breaking various devices on Tegra186 which include
the ethernet, BPMP and HDA device. Fix this by populating the iommus
property for these devices with their stream ID.
