2021-03-06ARM: dts: sunxi: Use the new r_intc bindingSamuel Holland
The binding of R_INTC was updated to allow specifying interrupts other than the external NMI, since routing those interrupts through the R_INTC driver allows using them for wakeup. Update the device trees to use the new binding. Acked-by: Maxime Ripard <mripard@kernel.org> Signed-off-by: Samuel Holland <samuel@sholland.org> Signed-off-by: Chen-Yu Tsai <wens@csie.org>
2021-01-31ARM: dts: sunxi: Rename nmi_intc to r_intcSamuel Holland
The R_INTC block controls more than just the NMI, and it is a different hardware block than the NMI INTC found in some other Allwinner SoCs, so the label "nmi_intc" is inaccurate. Name it "r_intc" to match the compatible and to match the few references in the vendor documentation. 2021-01-18ARM: dts: sunxi: Fix the LED node namesMaxime Ripard
According to the LED bindings, the LED node names are supposed to be led plus an optional suffix. Let's fix our users to use that new scheme. 2019-04-04ARM: dts: sunxi: Remove pinctrl groups setting biasMaxime Ripard
So far we've enabled pull-up and pull-down resistors on GPIOs using a pinctrl node. Now that the GPIO binding allows for a flag to declare this, let's switch to it. This brings us closer to removing all the GPIO pinctrl nodes, which will in turn allow us to switch the pinctrl strict mode on. 2018-11-28ARM: dts: sun8i: a23/a33: Provide default muxing for relevant controllersMaxime Ripard
The I2C's and MMC0 controllers have only one muxing option in the SoC. In such a case, we can just move the muxing into the DTSI, and remove it from the DTS. Signed-off-by: Maxime Ripard <maxime.ripard@bootlin.com> Acked-by: Chen-Yu Tsai <wens@csie.org>
2018-11-28ARM: dts: sun8i: a23/a33: Remove underscores from nodes namesMaxime Ripard
Some GPIO pinctrl nodes cannot be easily removed, because they would also change the pin configuration, for example to add a pull resistor or change the current delivered by the pin. Those nodes still have underscores and unit-addresses in their node names in our DTs, so adjust their name to remove the warnings. Use that occasion to also fix some poorly chosen node-names. 2018-11-28ARM: dts: sun8i: a23/a33: Change pinctrl nodes to avoid warningMaxime Ripard
All our pinctrl nodes were using a node name convention with a unit-address to differentiate the different muxing options. However, since those nodes didn't have a reg property, they were generating warnings in DTC. In order to accomodate for this, convert the old nodes to the syntax we've been using for the new SoCs, including removing the letter suffix of the node labels to the bank of those pins to make things more readable. 2018-11-28ARM: dts: sun8i: a23/a33: Remove card detect pull-upMaxime Ripard
Boards usually have an external pull-up on the card-detect signal, so there's no need to add another one. This also removes a DTC warning. Signed-off-by: Maxime Ripard <maxime.ripard@bootlin.com> Acked-by: Chen-Yu Tsai <wens@csie.org>
2018-11-28ARM: dts: sun8i: a23/a33: Change LRADC node names to avoid warningsMaxime Ripard
One of the usage of the LRADC is to implement buttons. The bindings define that we should have one subnode per button, with their associated voltage as a property. However, there was no reg property but we still used the voltage associated to the button as the unit-address, which eventually generated warnings in DTC. Rename the node names to avoid those warnings. Signed-off-by: Maxime Ripard <maxime.ripard@free-electrons.com> Acked-by: Chen-Yu Tsai <wens@csie.org>
2018-11-28ARM: dts: sun8i: a23/a33: Remove all useless pinctrl nodesMaxime Ripard
The gpio pinctrl nodes are redundant and as such useless most of the times. Since they will also generate warnings in DTC, we can simply remove most of them. Signed-off-by: Maxime Ripard <maxime.ripard@bootlin.com> Acked-by: Chen-Yu Tsai <wens@csie.org>
2018-11-28ARM: dts: sun8i: a23/a33: Remove redundant MMC pinmux tuningMaxime Ripard
Some boards override the MMC pin muxing settings in order to enable the pull-ups and change the drive strength to a value higher than the default. While this was needed in the earlier days, this is now the default setting for those pins, and therefore we don't need those board-specific settings anymore. 2017-01-12ARM: dts: sun8i: parrot: use AXP223 DTSIQuentin Schulz
Previously, the Allwinner Parrot R16 used everything declared in AXP221 DTSI while it has an AXP223 PMIC. This corrects that so the Allwinner Parrot R16 can get some features the AXP223 has (at the moment, ability to have 100mA as maximal current on VBUS power supply).
