2019-12-09ARM: dts: imx25: consolidate properties of usbhost1 in dtsi fileMichael Grzeschik
The usb port represented by &usbhost1 uses an USB phy internal to the SoC. We add the phy_type to the base dtsi so the board dts only have to overwrite it if they use a different configuration. While at it we also pin the usbhost port to host mode. 2018-02-12ARM: dts: imx25-pinfunc: Use consistent naming for eSDHCBenoît Thébaudeau
This file had several naming inconsistencies for eSDHC: - the instances were named sometimes SDn, sometimes SDHCn, whereas they are named ESDHCn in the reference manual, e.g.: MX25_PAD_SD1_CMD__SD1_CMD MX25_PAD_D15__SDHC1_DAT7 - the data ports were named sometimes DATAn, sometimes DATn like in the reference manual, e.g.: MX25_PAD_SD1_DATA0__SD1_DATA0 MX25_PAD_D15__SDHC1_DAT7 - in one case, the clock port was named DAT_CLK instead of CLK: MX25_PAD_CSI_D7__SDHC2_DAT_CLK This change: - introduces new definitions using the naming from the reference manual, - keeps definitions using the legacy naming in order not to break compatibility for out-of-tree users (they can be removed later), - updates the in-tree files that were using the legacy naming. 2017-10-23ARM: dts: imx25-eukrea-mbimxsd25-baseboard: Fix the 'cd-gpios' propertyFabio Estevam
The GPIO polarity is missing in the cd-gpios property. 2017-04-10ARM: imx25: set default phy_type and dr_mode for usbotg portUwe Kleine-König
All currently supported i.MX25-based machines use phy_type = "utmi" and dr_mode = "otg". So this seems to be a sensible default. This also doesn't hurt out-of-tree machines because up to now they had to specify these two properties in the machine.dts which still takes precedence by just overwriting the defaults added here. 2016-06-11ARM: dts: imx: Use generic uart-has-rtscts DT propertyGeert Uytterhoeven
As of commit 1006ed7e1b258dac ("serial: imx: Use generic uart-has-rtscts DT property"), the Freescale IMX UART driver recognizes the generic "uart-has-rtscts" DT property, deprecating the vendor-specific "fsl,uart-has-rtscts" DT property. Hence replace the latter by the former in all DTS files. Signed-off-by: Geert Uytterhoeven <geert+renesas@glider.be> Signed-off-by: Shawn Guo <shawnguo@kernel.org>
2016-02-29ARM: dts: imx: replace legacy wakeup property with 'wakeup-source'Sudeep Holla
Though the keyboard and other driver will continue to support the legacy "gpio-key,wakeup", "linux, wakeup" and "enable-sdio-wakeup" boolean property to enable the wakeup source, "wakeup-source" is the new standard binding. This patch replaces all the legacy wakeup properties with the unified "wakeup-source" property in order to avoid any futher copy-paste duplication. 2014-07-18ARM: dts: imx: remove ssi fsl, mode for audio cardsMarkus Pargmann
The DAI mode is and should be configured by the sound card driver as codec and ssi have to be in the right modes to communicate with each other. It is possible to operate the ssi unit or the codec in master mode, sometimes even on the same board in different configurations. With the latest changes in the fsl-ssi driver, the 'fsl, mode' property is only handled as a fallback property. If the sound card sets the DAI mode correctly, this fallback configuration is dropped.
