PERST# line in the PCIE connector is driven by the host mode and not
EP mode. The gpios property here is used for driving the PERST# line.
Remove gpios property from all endpoint device tree nodes.

AM572x-IDK rev 1.3A has tricolor RGB LEDs that can be controlled using
GPIO. Expose these to userspace for usage as necessary.

Dual-role support was added in v4.12. We should be using
it for USB2 port on the am57xx-idk.

am574x-idk is similar to am572x-idk with am574x SoC. So create
a common file for both evms and include SoC dtsi as needed.
