2007-07-30	[SPARC64]: Fix conflicts in SBUS/PCI/EBUS/ISA DMA handling.	David S. Miller
	Fully unify all of the DMA ops so that subordinate bus types to the DMA operation providers (such as ebus, isa, of_device) can work transparently. Basically, we just make sure that for every system device we create, the dev->archdata 'iommu' and 'stc' fields are filled in. Then we have two platform variants of the DMA ops, one for SUN4U which actually programs the real hardware, and one for SUN4V which makes hypervisor calls. 2007-05-02	PCI: Cleanup the includes of <linux/pci.h>	Jean Delvare
	I noticed that many source files include <linux/pci.h> while they do not appear to need it. Here is an attempt to clean it all up. In order to find all possibly affected files, I searched for all files including <linux/pci.h> but without any other occurence of "pci" or "PCI". I removed the include statement from all of these, then I compiled an allmodconfig kernel on both i386 and x86_64 and fixed the false positives manually. My tests covered 66% of the affected files, so there could be false positives remaining. 	Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
