As a result of an off-by-1 error pcm990 leaves one unused GPIO number between
built-in GPIOs and the pca9536 extender. Fix it.

Some Phytec cameras have a I2C GPIO expander which allows it to
switch between different sensor bus widths. This was previously
handled in the camera driver. Since handling of this switch
varies on several boards the cameras are used on, the board
support seems a better place to handle the switch

Considering the header mess ATM, it is not always possible to include
the correct header files within board code. Let's keep this simple:
<mach/pxa25x.h> - for pxa25x based platforms
<mach/pxa27x.h> - for pxa27x based platforms
<mach/pxa300.h> - for pxa300 based platforms
<mach/pxa320.h> - for pxa320 based platforms
<mach/pxa930.h> - for pxa930 based platforms
NOTE:
1. one header one board file, they are not compatible (i.e. they have
conflicting definitions which won't compile if included together).
2. Unless strictly necessary, the following header files are considered
to be SoC files use _only_, and is not recommended to be included in
board code:

0 is a valid GPIO number, use a negative number to specify, that this camera
doesn't have a GPIO for bus-width switching.

Direct access to USB host controller registers is considered to be not
portable, and is usually a bad sign for poorly abstracted interface.
Introduce .flags and .power_on_delay to "struct pxaohci_platform_data"
so that most platforms don't bother to write their own .init/.exit()
sequences.

Compiling pcm990 produces an error:

Fix it by removing unneeded header include.

pxa_gpio_mode() is deprecated, use the new pxa2xx_mfp_config() function to
configure GPIOs in pcm990 platform code. Convert "array, ARRAY_SIZE(array)"
to "ARRAY_AND_SIZE(array)" while at it.

As well as moving all the device declarations to a single one in devices.c
this causes all platforms to register the I/O and interrupt resources for
the AC97 controller.

PCM990 boards can be assembled with either a Sharp STN or a NEC TFT LCD. This
patch adds support for these displays and for the backlight, using the pwm_bl
driver.

Based on earlier work by Jon Smirl and Jochen Friedrich.
Update most new-style i2c drivers to use standard module aliasing
instead of the old driver_name/type driver matching scheme. I've
left the video drivers apart (except for SoC camera drivers) as
they're a bit more diffcult to deal with, they'll have their own
patch later.

two reasons:
1. GPIO namings and their mode definitions are conceptually not part
of the PXA register definitions
2. this is actually a temporary move in the transition of PXA2xx to
use MFP-alike APIs (as what PXA3xx is now doing), so that legacy
code will still work and new code can be added in step by step

This patch adds baseboard support for the phyCORE-PXA270 development
kit (aka PCM-990).
This example shows how to use some phyCORE-PXA270 CPU module features
on a baseboard in a standard manner. It could be used as a starting
point for custom baseboard development.
