With the inclusion of two scripts (create-guest-machine and create-share-folder),
the documentation reduced considerably, making it better to concentrate into
a single file. Also, for someone new interested into the project, it is easier to
find stuff in a single document.

Now the main documentation files is called doc/main.adoc, there is no
need to explicitly indicate it on the documentation.
