The recipe in meta-oe is version 2.0.22 now, in which
the perl modules are packaged in openipmi-perl,
so this bbappend is not needed any more.

The four recipes bbappends:
base-files
sysvinit
iscsi-initiator-utils
umip
only add generic support, one that is applicable for every recipe
version so a more generic bbappend is defined for them.
This is done to ensure the fact that whenever the bb version increases
there wil not be the need for an extra bbappend with the same
functionality.

Now we have this structure:
meta-cgl
+ meta-cgl-common
+ conf
+ images
+ packagegroups
+ recipes-cgl
+ recipes-extended
+ recipes-kernel
+ recipes-perl
+ meta-fsl-ppc
+ recipes-kernel
...
+ COPYING.MIT
+ README
The reason for this change is to separate machine specific
stuff (kernel bbappends, configs, etc) in separate layers,
and each of these layers will only be included in the build
when building for that machine.
