The BusID field is only mandatory in scenarios where
multiple graphic heads (cards) are present. This is
not the case with AMD platforms.
For now we just disable this on the V1000 BSP so any
changes to BusIDs are catered for automatically. Such
issues can occur when an external PCI card is plugged
in.

The V1000 platform implements the VGA controller
on a different PCI bus than the earlier targets.
This adjusts the PCI BusID in xorg.conf for the
v1000 machine appropriately.
