This rewrites the STMPE GPIO bindings to a YAML schema.
We add the properties that are used in the widely used
STMPE GPIO device nodes found in the wild, most notably
interrupt support, so interrupt-cells and
interrupt-controller is now part of the bindings.

STMPE driver does not require a specific node name anymore, only the
compatible is checked, update binding according to this.

This patch allows the STMPE GPIO driver to be successfully probed and
initialised when Device Tree support is enabled. Bindings are mentioned in
Documentation too.
