DT schema files should not have 'Device Tree Binding' as part of there
title: line. Remove this in most .yaml files, so hopefully preventing
developers copying it into new .yaml files, and being asked to remove
it.

In order to add meta-schema checks for additional/unevaluatedProperties
being present, all schema need to make this explicit. As the top-level
board/SoC schemas always have additional properties, add
'additionalProperties: true'.

Board/SoC top-level compatible bindings should be constrained to the root
node. Add the missing constraints that the node name must be "/".

This adds initial device tree bindings for the IXP4xx machines.
This time I tried something wild and crazy and try to make proper
JSON-style YAML bindings for the top level.
