Subject: [PATCH 2/2] make: autoconf: toolchain: remove invalid compiler
checking
The checking of CC and CXX was faulty as it doesn't supported
program arguments.
To make things work remove the check and trust it is valid.
Upstream-Status: Inappropriate [configuration]
