2018-02-24libtirpc: stop dropping in NIS headersRoss Burton
libtirpc prior to 1.0.2 assumed that the system provided nis.h but this isn't always true. Until now we've been using a tarball of the missing files from Gentoo, but libtirpc 1.0.2 added a copy of nis.h to the sources so this isn't required anymore. 2017-06-22meta: Drop remnants of uclibc supportRichard Purdie
uclibc support was removed a while ago and musl works much better. Start to remove the various overrides and patches related to uclibc which are no longer needed. uclibc support in a layer would still be possible. I have strong reasons to believe nobody is still using uclibc since patches are missing and I doubt the metadata even parses anymore. Remove all PR = "r0" from all .bb files in oe-core. This was done with the command sed -e '/^PR.*=.*r0\"/d' recipes*/*/*.bb -i We've switching to the PR server, PR bumps are no longer needed and this saves people either accidentally bumping them or forgetting to remove the lines (r0 is the default anyway). As discussed on the mailing list, this variable isn't useful and if wanted would be better implemented by distros using pn-X overrides.
