We will default to the version specified in XILINX_RELEASE_VERSION (minus the 'v') Support both 2022.1 and 2022.2 versions, ensure everything matches the XSCT version selected in XILINX_XSCT_VERSION. Document HDF_BASE, HDF_PATH and HDF_NAME Automatically generate HDF_NAME if blank/undefined Verify earlier HDF_EXT type is xsa, also identify if the user is attempting to bypass HDF_BASE/HDF_PATH by directly setting HDF_NAME. Simplify the do_install/do_deploy targets, verify file exists and provide an error message instead of a file access error. This should make it easier to diagnose and correct configuration errors. Don't set the LICENSE and LIC_FILES_CHKSUM variables as otherwise the values set at the recipe or inc file level don't get honored, depending on where the inherit line is placed in the file.
