+DIVISION ("SUN") WILL LICENSE THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING
+DOCUMENTATION TO YOU (a "Licensee") ONLY ON YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF ALL

+Sun grants Licensee a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to download,
