The i.MX31 and i.MX35 has been barely used and without much community
coverage since its inclusion making them untested boards.
There is no reason to keep the support for those SoCs in the BSP layer
as those are virtually not tested and unkown to be working or not.
The metadata related to the i.MX3 SoC family has been removed in this
commit so if someone ever wants to bring it back it is easy to find
out all the necessary changes.

The recipe is now restrict to the following SoC families:
- mxs
- mx3
- mx5
- mx6
- vf50
- vf60

The previous used license file (from OE-Core source) may change even
if GPL-2 or MIT does not; so we now use the files from
common-licenses.

the package name needs to be specified else we get :
ERROR: QA Issue: .../imx-test_00.00.00.bb: Variable ALLOW_EMPTY is set as not being package specific, please fix this.

The dummy package allows for SoCs without imx-test compatible package
to be used without the need of SoC specific changes in the default
images.
To achive it, we used a version 00.00.00 so it will be the "oldest"
alternative for the recipe and being used only as a fallback.
