2014-12-23openvswitch: Fix vport_send double freePravin B Shelar
Today vport-send has complex error handling because it involves freeing skb and updating stats depending on return value from vport send implementation. This can be simplified by delegating responsibility of freeing skb to the vport implementation for all cases. So that vport-send needs just update stats. 2014-12-18geneve: Fix races between socket add and release.Jesse Gross
Currently, searching for a socket to add a reference to is not synchronized with deletion of sockets. This can result in use after free if there is another operation that is removing a socket at the same time. Solving this requires both holding the appropriate lock and checking the refcount to ensure that it has not already hit zero. Inspired by a related (but not exactly the same) issue in the VXLAN driver. 2014-12-18geneve: Remove socket and offload handlers at destruction.Jesse Gross
Sockets aren't currently removed from the the global list when they are destroyed. In addition, offload handlers need to be cleaned up as well. 2014-11-21vlan: introduce *vlan_hwaccel_push_inside helpersJiri Pirko
Use them to push skb->vlan_tci into the payload and avoid code duplication. Signed-off-by: Jiri Pirko <jiri@resnulli.us> Acked-by: Pravin B Shelar <pshelar@nicira.com> Signed-off-by: David S. Miller <davem@davemloft.net>
2014-11-21vlan: rename __vlan_put_tag to vlan_insert_tag_set_protoJiri Pirko
Name fits better. Plus there's going to be introduced __vlan_insert_tag later on. Signed-off-by: Jiri Pirko <jiri@resnulli.us> Acked-by: Pravin B Shelar <pshelar@nicira.com> Signed-off-by: David S. Miller <davem@davemloft.net>

2014-11-05geneve: Unregister pernet subsys on module unload.Jesse Gross
The pernet ops aren't ever unregistered, which causes a memory leak and an OOPs if the module is ever reinserted. 2014-11-05geneve: Set GSO type on transmit.Jesse Gross
Geneve does not currently set the inner protocol type when transmitting packets. This causes GSO segmentation to fail on NICs that do not support Geneve offloading. CC: Andy Zhou <azhou@nicira.com> Signed-off-by: Jesse Gross <jesse@nicira.com> Signed-off-by: David S. Miller <davem@davemloft.net>

2014-10-06net: Add Geneve tunneling protocol driverAndy Zhou
This adds a device level support for Geneve -- Generic Network Virtualization Encapsulation. The protocol is documented at http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-gross-geneve-01 Only protocol layer Geneve support is provided by this driver. Openvswitch can be used for configuring, set up and tear down functional Geneve tunnels.
