commit 363c53875aef8fce69d4a2d0873919ccc7d9e2ad upstream.
rmi_process_interrupt_requests() calls handle_nested_irq() for
each interrupt status bit it finds. If the irq domain mapping for
this bit had not yet been set up, then it ends up calling
handle_nested_irq(0), which causes a NULL pointer dereference.
There's already code that masks the irq_status bits coming out of the
hardware with current_irq_mask, presumably to avoid this situation.
However current_irq_mask seems to more reflect the actual mask set
in the hardware rather than the IRQs software has set up and registered
for. For example, in rmi_driver_reset_handler(), the current_irq_mask
is initialized based on what is read from the hardware. If the reset
value of this mask enables IRQs that Linux has not set up yet, then
we end up in this situation.
There appears to be a third unused bitmask that used to serve this
purpose, fn_irq_bits. Use that bitmask instead of current_irq_mask
to avoid calling handle_nested_irq() on IRQs that have not yet been
set up.

commit afce285b859cea91c182015fc9858ea58c26cd0e upstream.
Since commit f889beaaab1c ("Input: da9063 - report KEY_POWER instead of
KEY_SLEEP during power key-press") KEY_SLEEP isn't supported anymore. This
caused input device to not generate any events if "dlg,disable-key-power"

declaring KEY_SLEEP.

commit 771a081e44a9baa1991ef011cc453ef425591740 upstream.
In the function alps_is_cs19_trackpoint(), we check if the param[1] is
in the 0x20~0x2f range, but the code we wrote for this checking is not
correct:
(param[1] & 0x20) does not mean param[1] is in the range of 0x20~0x2f,
it also means the param[1] is in the range of 0x30~0x3f, 0x60~0x6f...
Now fix it with a new condition checking ((param[1] & 0xf0) == 0x20).

commit 7e4935ccc3236751e5fe4bd6846f86e46bb2e427 upstream.
On a latest Lenovo laptop, the trackpoint and 3 buttons below it
don't work at all, when we move the trackpoint or press those 3
buttons, the kernel will print out:
"Rejected trackstick packet from non DualPoint device"
This device is identified as an alps touchpad but the packet has
trackpoint format, so the alps.c drops the packet and prints out
the message above.
According to XiaoXiao's explanation, this device is named cs19 and
is trackpoint-only device, its firmware is only for trackpoint, it
is independent of touchpad and is a device completely different from
DualPoint ones.
To drive this device with mininal changes to the existing driver, we
just let the alps driver not handle this device, then the trackpoint.c
will be the driver of this device if the trackpoint driver is enabled.
(if not, this device will fallback to a bare PS/2 device)
With the trackpoint.c, this trackpoint and 3 buttons all work well,
they have all features that the trackpoint should have, like
scrolling-screen, drag-and-drop and frame-selection.

commit 2a017fd82c5402b3c8df5e3d6e5165d9e6147dc1 upstream.
The GTCO tablet input driver configures itself from an HID report sent
via USB during the initial enumeration process. Some debugging messages
are generated during the parsing. A debugging message indentation
counter is not bounds checked, leading to the ability for a specially
crafted HID report to cause '-' and null bytes be written past the end
of the indentation array. As long as the kernel has CONFIG_DYNAMIC_DEBUG
enabled, this code will not be optimized out. This was discovered
during code review after a previous syzkaller bug was found in this
driver.

[ Upstream commit ce9a53eb3dbca89e7ad86673d94ab886e9bea704 ]
There are several scenarios that keyboard can NOT wake up system
from suspend, e.g., if a keyboard is depressed between system
device suspend phase and device noirq suspend phase, the keyboard
ISR will be called and both keyboard depress and release interrupts
will be disabled, then keyboard will no longer be able to wake up
system. Another scenario would be, if a keyboard is kept depressed,
and then system goes into suspend, the expected behavior would be
when keyboard is released, system will be waked up, but current
implementation can NOT achieve that, because both depress and release
interrupts are disabled in ISR, and the event check is still in
progress.
To fix these issues, need to make sure keyboard's depress or release
interrupt is enabled after noirq device suspend phase, this patch
moves the suspend/resume callback to noirq suspend/resume phase, and
enable the corresponding interrupt according to current keyboard status.

commit abbe3acd7d72ab4633ade6bd24e8306b67e0add3 upstream.
Thinkpad t480 laptops had some touchpad features disabled, resulting in the
loss of pinch to activities in GNOME, on wayland, and other touch gestures
being slower. This patch adds the touchpad of the t480 to the smbus_pnp_ids

commit fe2bfd0d40c935763812973ce15f5764f1c12833 upstream.
Add support for the SteelSeries Stratus Duo, a wireless Xbox 360
controller. The Stratus Duo ships with a USB dongle to enable wireless
connectivity, but it can also function as a wired controller by connecting
it directly to a PC via USB, hence the need for two USD PIDs. 0x1430 is the
dongle, and 0x1431 is the controller.

dmesg reports that "Your touchpad (PNP: SYN3052 SYN0100 SYN0002 PNP0f13)

I've tested the offered psmouse.synaptics_intertouch=1 with 4.18.x and

Also, it appears that RMI/SMBus mode is actually required for 3-4 finger
multitouch gestures to work -- otherwise they are not reported at all.

[ Upstream commit e2ca26ec4f01486661b55b03597c13e2b9c18b73 ]
With PM enabled, I noticed that pressing a key on the droid4 keyboard will
block deeper idle states for the SoC. Let's fix this by using IRQF_ONESHOT
and stop constantly toggling the device OMAP4_KBD_IRQENABLE register as
suggested by Dmitry Torokhov <dmitry.torokhov@gmail.com>.
From the hardware point of view, looks like we need to manage the registers
for OMAP4_KBD_IRQENABLE and OMAP4_KBD_WAKEUPENABLE together to avoid
blocking deeper SoC idle states. And with toggling of OMAP4_KBD_IRQENABLE
register now gone with IRQF_ONESHOT, also the SoC idle state problem is
gone during runtime. We still also need to clear OMAP4_KBD_WAKEUPENABLE in
omap4_keypad_close() though to pair it with omap4_keypad_open() to prevent
blocking deeper SoC idle states after rmmod omap4-keypad.

[ Upstream commit 6c3516fed7b61a3527459ccfa67fab130d910610 ]
I noticed that the Android v3.0.8 kernel on droid4 is using different
keypad values from the mainline kernel and does not have issues with
keys occasionally being stuck until pressed again. Turns out there was
an earlier patch posted to fix this as "Input: omap-keypad: errata i689:
Correct debounce time", but it was never reposted to fix use macros
for timing calculations.
This updated version is using macros, and also fixes the use of the
input clock rate to use 32768KiHz instead of 32000KiHz. And we want to
use the known good Android kernel values of 3 and 6 instead of 2 and 6
in the earlier patch.

It makes little sense but still possible to put Hyper-V guests into
suspend-to-idle state. To wake them up two wakeup sources were registered
in the past: hyperv-keyboard and hid-hyperv. However, since
commit eed4d47efe95 ("ACPI / sleep: Ignore spurious SCI wakeups from
suspend-to-idle") pm_wakeup_event() from these devices is ignored. Switch
to pm_wakeup_hard_event() API as these devices are actually the only
possible way to wakeup Hyper-V guests.

commit ac5722c1643a2fb75224c79b578214956d34f989 upstream.
The cros_ec_keyb_bs array lists buttons and switches together, expecting
that its users will match the appropriate type and bit fields. But
cros_ec_keyb_register_bs() only checks the 'bit' field, which causes
misreported input capabilities in some cases. For example, tablets
(e.g., Scarlet -- a.k.a. Acer Chromebook Tab 10) were reporting a SW_LID
capability, because EC_MKBP_POWER_BUTTON and EC_MKBP_LID_OPEN happen to
share the same bit.
(This has comedic effect on a tablet, in which a power-management daemon
then thinks this "lid" is closed, and so puts the system to sleep as
soon as it boots!)
To fix this, check both the 'ev_type' and 'bit' fields before reporting
the capability.
Tested with a lid (Kevin / Samsung Chromebook Plus) and without a lid
(Scarlet / Acer Chromebook Tab 10).
This error got introduced when porting the feature from the downstream
Chromium OS kernel to be upstreamed.

commit d55bda1b3e7c5a87f10da54fdda866a9a9cef30b upstream.
"of_get_named_gpio()" returns a negative error value if it fails
and drivers should check for this. This missing check was now
added to the matrix_keypad driver.
In my case "of_get_named_gpio()" returned -EPROBE_DEFER because
the referenced GPIOs belong to an I/O expander, which was not yet
probed at the point in time when the matrix_keypad driver was
loading. Because the driver did not check for errors from the
"of_get_named_gpio()" routine, it was assuming that "-EPROBE_DEFER"
is actually a GPIO number and continued as usual, which led to further
errors like this later on:
WARNING: CPU: 3 PID: 167 at drivers/gpio/gpiolib.c:114
gpio_to_desc+0xc8/0xd0
invalid GPIO -517
Note that the "GPIO number" -517 in the error message above is
actually "-EPROBE_DEFER".
As part of the patch a misleading error message "no platform data defined"
was also removed. This does not lead to information loss because the other
error paths in matrix_keypad_parse_dt() already print an error.
