This converts the bit-banged GPIO SPI driver to looking up and
using GPIO descriptors to get a handle on GPIO lines for SCK,
MOSI, MISO and all CS lines.
All existing board files are converted in one go to keep it all
consistent. With these conversions I rarely find any interrim
steps that makes any sense.
Device tree probing and GPIO handling should work like before
also after this patch.
For board files, we stop using controller data to pass the GPIO
line for chip select, instead we pass this as a GPIO descriptor
lookup like everything else.
In some s3c24xx machines the names of the SPI devices were set to
"spi-gpio" rather than "spi_gpio" which can never have worked, I
fixed it working (I guess) as part of this patch set. Sometimes
I wonder how this code got upstream in the first place, it
obviously is not tested.
mach-s3c64xx/mach-smartq.c has the same problem and additionally
defines the *same* GPIO line for MOSI and MISO which is not going
to be accepted by gpiolib. As the lines were number 1,2,2 I assumed
it was a typo and use lines 1,2,3. A comment gives awat that line 0
is chip select though no actual SPI device is provided for the LCD
supposed to be on this bit-banged SPI bus. I left it intact instead
of just deleting the bus though.
Kill off board file code that try to initialize the SPI lines
to the same values that they will later be set by the spi_gpio
driver anyways. Given the huge number of weird things in these
board files I do not think this code is very tested or put in
with much afterthought anyways.
In order to assert that we do not get performance regressions on
this crucial bing-banged driver, a ran a script like this dumping the
Ilitek ILI9322 regmap 10000 times (it has no caching obviously) on
an otherwise idle system in two iterations before and after the
patches:

Replace GPL license statements with SPDX license identifiers (GPL-2.0
and GPL-2.0+). The h1940-bluetooth.c was licensed under GPL-1.0. This
also adds GPL-2.0 to few files lacking license statement.

We are planning to share more code between different NAND based
devices (SPI NAND, OneNAND and raw NANDs), but before doing that
we need to move the existing include/linux/mtd/nand.h file into
include/linux/mtd/rawnand.h so we can later create a nand.h header
containing all common structure and function prototypes.

Removing CONFIG_MTD_NAND_S3C2410_HWECC option and adding a ecc_mode
field in the drivers's platform data structure so it can be selectable
via platform data.
Also setting this field to NAND_ECC_SOFT in all boards using this
driver since none of them had CONFIG_MTD_NAND_S3C2410_HWECC enabled.

The restart-handler series from Guenter Roeck got accepted recently and
implements among other things also the restart handler in the samsung
watchdog driver and where applicable in the clock drivers. So there is
no need for having the restart callbacks in s3c24xx boards anymore.

Convert the machines using the s3c2410 to use the new driver based
on the common clock framework instead of the legacy Samsung clock driver.
As with the s3c244x, machines using the clkout output will need a fixup
from someone with the hardware.

When refactoring and breaking out the includes for the
machine-specific GPIO configuration, two files were created
in <linux/platform_data/gpio-samsung-s3c[24|64]xx.h>, but as
that namespace shall be used for defining data exchanged
between machines and drivers, using it for these broad macros
and config settings is wrong.
Move the headers back into the machine-local
<mach/gpio-samsung.h> file and think about the next step.

This isolates the custom S3C24xx GPIO definition table to
<linux/platform_data/gpio-samsung-s3x24xx.h> as this is
used in a few different places in the kernel, removing the
need to depend on the implicit inclusion of <mach/gpio.h>
from <linux/gpio.h> and thus getting rid of a few nasty
cross-dependencies.
We also delete the nifty CONFIG_S3C24XX_GPIO_EXTRA stuff.
The biggest this can ever be for the S3C24XX is
CONFIG_S3C24XX_GPIO_EXTRA = 128, and then for CPU_S3C2443 or
CPU_S3C2416 32*12 GPIOs are added, so 32*12+128 = 512
is the absolute roof value on this platform. So we set
the size of ARCH_NR_GPIO to this and the GPIOs array will
fit any S3C24XX platform, as per pattern from other archs.

The s3c24xx_init_irq function that was the base for all irq inits
is now only used to initialize the real s3c2410 irqs.
Therefore rename it and also move its declaration from plat/cpu.h
to common.h
The eint declaration is used by the vast majority of the SoCs and
gets therefore placed outside any ifdefs.

Now that the only field in struct sys_timer is .init, delete the struct,
and replace the machine descriptor .timer field with the initialization
function itself.
This will enable moving timer drivers into drivers/clocksource without
having to place a public prototype of each struct sys_timer object into
include/linux; the intent is to create a single of_clocksource_init()
function that determines which timer driver to initialize by scanning
the device dtree, much like the proposed irqchip_init() at:

Replace SoC specific GPIO functions with the gpiolib API. The LED
gpio is freed right after it is configured so it can be acquired
in the s3c24xx_led driver.
This change is required for converting the s3c24xx_led driver
to the gpiolib API.

This patch moves S3C2410 stuff into mach-s3c24xx/ directory
so that we can merge the s3c24 series' directories to the
just one mach-s3c24xx/ directory.
And this patch is including following.
- re-ordered alphabetically by option text at Kconfig and Makefile
- removed unused option, MACH_N35
- fixed duplcated option name, S3C2410_DMA to S3C24XX_DMA which is
in plat-s3c24xx/
