2019-04-04ARM: dts: sunxi: Remove pinctrl groups setting biasMaxime Ripard
So far we've enabled pull-up and pull-down resistors on GPIOs using a pinctrl node. Now that the GPIO binding allows for a flag to declare this, let's switch to it. This brings us closer to removing all the GPIO pinctrl nodes, which will in turn allow us to switch the pinctrl strict mode on. 2019-03-25ARM: dts: sunxi: Switch to new GPIOs properties for i2c-gpioMaxime Ripard
The i2c-gpio driver uses named gpios now and the array of GPIOs is deprecated. Switch to the new binding. Acked-by: Chen-Yu Tsai <wens@csie.org> Signed-off-by: Maxime Ripard <maxime.ripard@bootlin.com>
2018-11-28ARM: dts: sun5i: Remove underscores from nodes namesMaxime Ripard
Some GPIO pinctrl nodes cannot be easily removed, because they would also change the pin configuration, for example to add a pull resistor or change the current delivered by the pin. Those nodes still have underscores and unit-addresses in their node names in our DTs, so adjust their name to remove the warnings. Use that occasion to also fix some poorly chosen node-names. 2018-11-28ARM: dts: sun5i: Change pinctrl nodes to avoid warningMaxime Ripard
All our pinctrl nodes were using a node name convention with a unit-address to differentiate the different muxing options. However, since those nodes didn't have a reg property, they were generating warnings in DTC. In order to accomodate for this, convert the old nodes to the syntax we've been using for the new SoCs, including removing the letter suffix of the node labels to the bank of those pins to make things more readable. 2018-11-28ARM: dts: sun5i: Remove all useless pinctrl nodesMaxime Ripard
The gpio pinctrl nodes are redundant and as such useless most of the times. Since they will also generate warnings in DTC, we can simply remove most of them. Signed-off-by: Maxime Ripard <maxime.ripard@bootlin.com> Acked-by: Chen-Yu Tsai <wens@csie.org>
2016-12-26ARM: sunxi: Convert pinctrl nodes to generic bindingsMaxime Ripard
Now that we can handle the generic pinctrl bindings, convert our DT to it. Signed-off-by: Maxime Ripard <maxime.ripard@free-electrons.com> Acked-by: Chen-Yu Tsai <wens@csie.org> Reviewed-by: Linus Walleij <linus.walleij@linaro.org>
2016-12-26ARM: sunxi: Remove useless allwinner, drive propertyMaxime Ripard
The allwinner, drive property set to 10mA was really considered as our default. Remove all those properties entirely to make that obvious. Signed-off-by: Maxime Ripard <maxime.ripard@free-electrons.com> Acked-by: Chen-Yu Tsai <wens@csie.org> Reviewed-by: Linus Walleij <linus.walleij@linaro.org>
2016-11-22ARM: dts: sun5i: Add touchscreen node to reference-design-tablet.dtsiHans de Goede
Just like on sun8i all sun5i tablets use the same interrupt and power gpios for their touchscreens. I've checked all known a13 fex files and only the UTOO P66 uses a different gpio for the interrupt. Add a touchscreen node to sun5i-reference-design-tablet.dtsi, which fills in the necessary gpios to avoid duplication in the tablet dts files, just like we do in sun8i-reference-design-tablet.dtsi. This will make future patches adding touchscreen nodes to a13 tablets simpler. Signed-off-by: Hans de Goede <hdegoede@redhat.com> Signed-off-by: Maxime Ripard <maxime.ripard@free-electrons.com>

This results in a nice cleanup for this dts file. Signed-off-by: Hans de Goede <hdegoede@redhat.com> Signed-off-by: Maxime Ripard <maxime.ripard@free-electrons.com>

2015-07-28ARM: sunxi: dt: Convert users to the PIO interrupts bindingMaxime Ripard
The current DTs were setting the cell size to 2, but used the default xlate function that was assuming an interrupt cell size of 1, leading to the second part of the cell (the flags) being ignored, while we were having an inconsistent binding between the interrupts and gpio (that could also be used as interrupts). That "binding" doesn't work either with newer SoCs that have multiple irq banks. Now that we fixed the pinctrl driver to handle this like it should always have been handled, convert the DT users, and while we're at it, remove the size-cells property of PIO that is completely useless. 2015-05-10ARM: sunxi: dt: Remove the FSF addressMaxime Ripard
