2017-06-07	xfrm: fix xfrm_dev_event() missing when compile without CONFIG_XFRM_OFFLOAD	Hangbin Liu
	In commit d77e38e612a0 ("xfrm: Add an IPsec hardware offloading API") we make xfrm_device.o only compiled when enable option CONFIG_XFRM_OFFLOAD. But this will make xfrm_dev_event() missing if we only enable default XFRM options. Then if we set down and unregister an interface with IPsec on it. there will no xfrm_garbage_collect(), which will cause dev usage count hold and get error like: unregister_netdevice: waiting for <dev> to become free. 2017-04-14	xfrm: Add an IPsec hardware offloading API	Steffen Klassert
	This patch adds all the bits that are needed to do IPsec hardware offload for IPsec states and ESP packets. We add xfrmdev_ops to the net_device. xfrmdev_ops has function pointers that are needed to manage the xfrm states in the hardware and to do a per packet offloading decision. 	Make net.core.xfrm_aevent_etime net.core.xfrm_acq_expires net.core.xfrm_aevent_rseqth net.core.xfrm_larval_drop sysctls per-netns. For that make net_core_path[] global, register it to prevent two /proc/net/core antries and change initcall position -- xfrm_init() is called from fs_initcall, so this one should be fs_initcall at least. 	This statistics is shown factor dropped by transformation at /proc/net/xfrm_stat for developer. It is a counter designed from current transformation source code and defined as linux private MIB. 	Most of the code in xfrm4_output_one and xfrm6_output_one are identical so this patch moves them into a common xfrm_output function which will live in net/xfrm. In fact this would seem to fix a bug as on IPv4 we never reset the network header after a transform which may upset netfilter later on. 	Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
