Subject: [PATCH 2/2] arm.c: dma_ops will be modified by the driver only till
Kernel v4.7
From v4.8(Platform specific) Kernel the arch_setup_dma_ops will
not give a dummy_dma_ops if acpi is disabled rather pass a valid
dma_ops.
