2019-07-09	jailhouse: add recipe for Jailhouse module, FW, cells, inmates and basic demo	Denys Dmytriyenko
	Builds the Jailhouse kernel module, hypervisor binaries and all the cell configs for root cell and other demos. Generate the linux-demo loader script without initramfs.
