2014-11-18poky-ivi-systemd: prefer gstreamer 1.4.x over 1.2.3Holger Behrens

This reverts commit 576863afa98222eb696d231dc3021dc3eb995313. With 'gallium-egl' enabled in 'mesa' the bug#6694 could be worked around for QEMU, and it even works without X11 (bug#5660). Therefore this commit can be reverted.
