| This converts the layers to the new override syntax. This was done using `<oe-core>/scripts/contrib/convert-overrides.py <this-layer>` after expending the override strings(shortvars) in convert-overrides.py by: "radeon amdgpu amd seattle-be v1000 amdx86" with no more other manual fixes.
