	This adds a Getting Started Guide in the form of README docs to the meta-amd. Users can follow these instructions to: 1. Setup the build system 2. Build images and recipes for a supported target 3. 2019-08-28	common: rename to meta-amd-bsp	Arsalan H. Awan
